Selling or Buying a Home in the State of Maryland
Dear David,
We wanted to let you know how happy we are with your services in representing us in the sale and purchase of our homes. From when we first met you in October of 2004, until we closed on the sale of our house in August 2005, you went above and beyond the call of duty. We appreciate the fact that you were available by phone or in person whenever we needed to speak to you, which was often several times a day.
We are grateful that you encouraged us to pursue the house that fit our family’s needs best, even though it wasn’t the most expensive house (which would have maximized your commission). We admire how hard you worked to sell our house at a price that would help to make buying our dream house a reality. Unlike other agents, you were less concerned with a quick sale and more focused on ensuring that we got the most value from the sale of our home.
Finally, we want you to know that you really exceeded our expectations when we went on vacation prior to closing. Any move is stressful, but trying to have work done at our new house while out of the country would have been impossible without your help and assistance. We enjoyed our trip so much more knowing you were keeping an eye on things.
Thank you again for everything you did for us. You are a true professional. Feel free to share this letter with any potential clients as we know they will be more than happy having you on their side.
Sincerely,
Karen and Daniel Hagan

“I normally don’t do this, and have never ‘endorsed’ anybody in the past, but I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how pleased we were with you as our listing agent. You were professional, honest diligent, totally accessible 24/7, dependable, calm, and a true gentlemen! And most importantly, you got us a great price on our home; much more than we would have gotten had we continued to try to sell on our own, and without the stress and headaches!
Although you had no crystal ball, in the end, the events played out almost exactly as you planned and expected. We are extremely pleased, and more than satisfied, with the results.
If anyone in King Farm (or anywhere in Maryland for that matter) is thinking of selling their home and they are concerned about whom they should list their house with, we will gladly be a reference.
We can be reached via email at miljoe1@aol.com
Thanks again for the great service.
Sincerely,
The Milsteins

Finding the right real estate agent can be the difference between a happy, stress-free home buying or selling experience, and an unhappy, stressful experience.
First, you'll want an agent ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. I can and will do that.
Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the King Farm neighborhood, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. With my 4 years years of experience selling homes in King Farm - I have the expertise and track record of success you need.
Third, you'll want an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. You'll love the resources available on my www.KingFarmHomes.com website and the e-mail alerts that I send, but these will never replace the time I spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process.
Let's get together and talk about your home buying and/or selling plans. Call me at the office (301) 424-0900 ext. 128, or on my cell phone (301) 466-3223, or send me an e-mail (HomesByDavid@mris.com), we'll set-up a time that is easy and convenient for you to meet.
P.S. If you're not ready to meet in person, please tour through my website. I'm sure you'll find the resources here useful and helpful. Enjoy!
